Job Description

Responsibilities

  • You will have overall responsibility in the management of all F&B issues for the hotel.
  • As a leader in the F&B function, your primary role is to develop strategic F&B plans such as new F&B concepts, creative marketing and pricing strategies, promotional programmes.
  • Excellent food presentation and good service delivery with your team members to increase revenues and average checks.

Requirements

  • You should have proven track record in developing profitable F&B promotions and strong background in catering operations with experience managing multiple F&B outlets and busy banquet operations.
  • Quick service hotel restaurant background highly desired; or exposure in a multicultural environment would be an added advantage.
