Our Chef

Professionally trained with extensive experience in Chinese cuisine, Chef Andy Yeap helms the kitchen as the Chinese Chef for PARKROYAL Penang Resort. Working his way up through the ranks of the kitchen, Chef Andy spent many years honing his skills in some of the region’s most renowned international hotels.

Chef Andy is responsible for developing and overseeing the operations of the Chinese Kitchen, especially for wedding banquets. He prepares exquisite gourmet dinners for guests and ensures that only food of the finest quality is served at all times.
