Job Description

You should possess a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar capacity with an International hotel.  As a Sous Chef, your knowledge in Western cuisine, menu planning, culinary creativity and flair is crucial.

Ideally, you must be a self-starter with good leadership and organisational skills including the ability to communicate well with people of all levels.
