Well known throughout the island of Penang, you can find this two popular hawker dishes just about at any hawker area. The recommended ones would be at New Lane Road, off McAllister Road near the Komtar Tower in Georgetown. Best time to eat these is after 6pm.

The most popular night market in Penang located at Batu Ferringhi area. This famous street is open 7 days a week but at night only. Explore this market to find all sorts of souvenirs, bags, clothes, trinkets and many other knick knacks.

A Penang styled Rojak meal that is only famous on the island. Sold by the Penang Mamaks, this exquisite and pricy dish is a must try for any foodie. Pasembur is found all over the island and my choice is the one found at the famous Gurney Drive hawker centre, at the Malay section.

Some hotels offer this service while I personally enjoyed mine at the PARKROYAL Penang Resort at Batu Ferringhi.
