The first Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant originated in Beijing, China, where it is renown for its authentic Sichuan dishes and was patronised by top government officials.

When the first Singapore branch opened at Plaza PARKROYAL in 1996, it was no different. Offering a choice of dining alfresco or in air-conditioned comfort, with full-length windows stimulating favourable feng shui, it quickly established a vaunted reputation for excellence.

Master chefs prepare an exquisite menu of authentic Sichuan and Cantonese cuisine, served in a sophisticated, elegant ambience ideal for even the grandest celebration.

Our a la carte selection includes culinary delights such as the famous Ma Po Doufu, Dan Dan Noodles, Camphor Tea Smoked Duck, Seafood Combination Platter, Marinated Spicy Beef on Hot Plate, Braised Seafood with Crispy Rice Bubble, Chong Qing Diced Chicken with Dried Chilli and the nutritiously delicious Chicken Dou Hua Soup. There is also an extensive array of Cantonese and Dian Xin delicacies to choose from.

For powerlunches and lavish dinners, executives favour our famous 60 Dishes Deluxe Feast, an incredible a la carte buffet offering a mesmerising array of some 60 exotic dishes including Pork in Garlic and Chilli Sauce and Shark's Fin Broth.

However, our exclusive Nine Delicacies Feast is the ultimate in business and private dining. Your guests will be totally impressed by its exquisite quality in taste and remarkably intricate and colourful presentation. Two days' advanced reservation is required. Unique to Si Chuan Dou Hua is our dazzling tea service. Using kettles with a one-metre-long spout, master tea pourers execute dramatic pouring techniques like Nodding Phoenix and Boys Prays to Buddha as they fill your cup with absolute precision in the traditional art of tea serving.

It is an unforgettable experience befitting our signature Eight Treasures Tea, one of the most revered Chinese infusions, with health-giving properties. You can also take a pack home as it is available for retail.
