Best of Asia - Seafood Promotion

This season, our Best of Asia buffet features a host of new seafood delights with fresh oysters and chef specialities such as drunken prawns, baked giant sea bass, deep-fried golden prawns with garlic and XO sauce and stir-fried vegetables with scallops.

Other irresistible highlights inlcude:

  • Teppanyaki grill (Fridays to Sundays only)
    Fresh prawns, cuttlefish, stingray and fish grilled with sambal chilli, black pepper or curry spices.
  • Crab corner
    Chilli / black pepper crab and new crab specialities such as stir-fried crab with salted egg yolk, Nonya curry crab and butter crab.
  • Fish selection (Mondays to Thursdays only)
    A variety of fresh fish cooked in your preferred style with your choice of sauce.
