Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent Food & Beverage services to the guests according to the standard of the hotel;
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge on products, menus and equipment
  • Run a given section efficiently and smoothly;
  • Monitor the quality and quantity of all food and beverage served

Job Requirements

  • Possess GCE ‘O’ Level qualifications and above
  • Prior experience in a similar capacity is an advantage
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Service oriented and with good personality
