Job Description

Job Summary

To contribute to the efficient running and economic operation of the Stewarding Department in support of all other operating Departments, supplying services as required to the entire operation.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and keeping the kitchen area clean at all times
  • Assist the service area especially during peak hour
  • Assist in Operations during functions in clearing and dish washing
  • Responsible for maintaining the equipment and utensils to ensure they are clean and in good condition

Requirements

  • Secondary education
  • One year of relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • Experience in Hotel or related industry will be an advantage
  • Service-oriented and good interpersonal skills
  • Team Player
