Carving a new Dining Sensation at Parkroyal Kuala Lumpur

Bossa Nova in Kuala Lumpur is a Brazilian Grill located at the hotel's lower lobby that presents Churrascaria - a delightful experience of carefully chosen prime cuts tenderly grilled and expertly carved straight off the skewer in thin slices at each guest table by our resident "Passedor". All cuts are of prime quality and are imported from Argentina and Australia.

Brazilian Chef Marinaldo Monterio Pereira, Bossa Nova's resident "Passedor" has more than 10 years working experience as a passedor in Churrascaria O Gauchoa, Brazil, before deciding to venture to Asia.

Bossa Nova offers diners a selection of more than 20 appetizers on the buffet, freshly prepared soups on a daily rotation with a collection of mouth-watering dessert combinations.

The restaurant, which can seat 106 persons, has three main areas - the wine bar, the general dining area and the dance floor. There are also two private rooms which can accommodate 10 persons each.

This is the only restaurant with a dance floor in town. Diners are encourage to Salsa and Samba before, during and after dinner.

The restaurant design has incorporated a wine bar plus 6 wine chillers to offer diners a choice of more the 100 labels of wines from Latin America, Chile, Argentina, France, Australia and Spain to complement the prime cut.

Bossa Nova is open for dinner from 6:30pm till 10:30pm (Monday to Saturday and Public Holidays).

Buffet dinner is price at RM98++ per person.

With such an economical price you’d be hard pressed to find a superior Brazilian Grill in Kuala Lumpur.
