Once again, you can savour the popular street fare of the Beach Road area - Fraser, Arab, Purvis and Liang Seah Streets, Jalan Sultan and Rochor Road. It's the one place you can get your fix of traditional local favourites from the colourful 1960s such as Singapore Laksa, Roti Prata, Bak Kut Teh, Kway Chap, Kambing Soup, Ngo Hiang, Chap Chye and Chilli Crab as well as desserts like Ice Kachang, Ah Bolling and Nonya Kueh.
