Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Banquet Services and day-to-day operations of the Banquet Department.
  • Supervision and delegation of duties to the Supervisor
  • Plan duty roster, engage part-timers and ensure that they are deployed according to function needs.

Requirements

  • GCE ‘O’ level education.
  • Diploma in Food & Beverage Operations from SHATEC or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Banquet Operations.
  • At least 3 years’ experience as a Banquet supervisor.
  • Extensive food and beverage knowledge.
