Responsibilities
- Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Banquet Services and day-to-day operations of the Banquet Department.
- Supervision and delegation of duties to the Supervisor
- Plan duty roster, engage part-timers and ensure that they are deployed according to function needs.
Requirements
- GCE ‘O’ level education.
- Diploma in Food & Beverage Operations from SHATEC or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Banquet Operations.
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Banquet supervisor.
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge.
