Responsibilities
- The overall profitability and efficient food and beverage function of the Hotel as per the established Standard Operating Procedures and the management of the annual budget.
- To fulfill the financial objectives of the Food & Beverage department through innovative marketing strategies and efficient management.
- To plan systematically for festive promotions, loyalty programs, and other promotional activities.
Requirements
- Possess comprehensive food & beverage operational knowledge.
- Excellent managerial skills
- Strong operational presence and high presentation skills.
- Min. Diploma in Hospitality Management/Food & Beverage Operations.
- At least 5-8 years’ working experience in a hospitality set up.
