Responsibilities

  • The overall profitability and efficient food and beverage function of the Hotel as per the established Standard Operating Procedures and the management of the annual budget.
  • To fulfill the financial objectives of the Food & Beverage department through innovative marketing strategies and efficient management.
  • To plan systematically for festive promotions, loyalty programs, and other promotional activities.

Requirements

  • Possess comprehensive food & beverage operational knowledge.
  • Excellent managerial skills
  • Strong operational presence and high presentation skills.
  • Min. Diploma in Hospitality Management/Food & Beverage Operations.
  • At least 5-8 years’ working experience in a hospitality set up.
