Eat Well With Us

As part of Pan Pacific Hotels Group’s commitment to respect and care for the wider community, we launched the Eat Well With Us corporate social responsibility initiative in partnership with the National Council of Social Service (NCSS) in Singapore in 2015.

We harnessed the collective experience of senior chefs from the Group’s five Singapore hotels and Si Chuan Dou Hua restaurant to enliven the meals served at four charity homes under the umbrella body of NCSS. The chefs had specially created the recipes which took into account the homes’ food budgets and dietary needs of the beneficiaries to empower their resident cooks with relevant skills that will add a new dimension to their cooking.

We’ve since expanded the programme to include cooking classes for older children at Chen Su Lan Methodist Children’s Home and young women at Dayspring Residential Treatment Centre, as well as baking classes for women from low income families at Bakery Hearts.Our chefs also assist to prepare meals for two homes for the intellectually disabled, Hougang Care Centre and Bishan Home.

Eat Well Do Good

Riding on the success of our campaign last year to mark World Food Day, we are excited to once again collaborate with The Food Bank Singapore and will be launching a month-long fund raising drive at our all-day dining restaurants in Singapore, where one per cent of all dinner proceeds will go towards the purchase of food parcels for the needy.

This year, in a special partnership with urban farm Comcrop, our team of Executive Chefs have created dishes from Singapore-produced ingredients to support local farms and promote food sustainability. Using an assortment of the freshest home-grown mushrooms, vegetables, herbs, eggs and fish from Comcrop and complemented with produce from local farms, our Chefs have created these delicious dishes which are available exclusively on the dinner buffet from 15 July to 15 August 2017:
