Our busy sales and operations team based at PARKROYAL Darling Harbour require an organised, energetic, friendly and flexible person to support our administrative function.
•Preparation of standard and ad hoc reports for the sales team and operations teams
•Organising travel bookings for team
•Providing administration support such as filing and phone answering
•Daily follow up of online feedback sites
•Expense claims for team
•2-3 years' experience in an administrative capacity, hotel experience an advantage
•Ability to work unsupervised
•Excellent phone manner and professional presentation
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office
•Excellent communication and time management skills
•Exceptional attention to detail
•Outstanding planning and organizational skills
•Ability to prioritise well and work to deadlines
