POSITION SUMMARY

Pan Pacific Hotel Group operates over 30 hotels, resorts and serviced suites in the Asia Pacific region.  We are seeking talented and passionate people who share our Vision of 'Creating Memorable Hotels Experiences' and our Purpose of ‘Great Brands, Great Hotels, Great People and Great Relationships'. Our two internationally renowned brands; PARKROYAL and Pan Pacific, offers guests and associates a distinct and special experience.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assign daily work to different sections in the kitchen, constantly supervise all products.
  • Responsible for the quality of all food prepared in the kitchen under your supervision.
  • Make suggestions to the sous chef concerning improvement, which would tend to make more satisfied customers as well as increase the volume of business or profit.

TALENT PROFILE

  • Experience in hot buffet, A la carte, high volume service, plated functions, and extensive cold larder skills.

  • Must be aware of the importance of quality products and make every effort to prepare the best products possible.

  • Be punctual and efficient at all times.

  • Have an outgoing and helpful attitude towards fellow associates.

  • Must have working knowledge of HACCP and food safety policies

  • Must take care with wastage and stock control
