Part Time Demi Chef or Commis Chef
PARKROYAL Melbourne Airport is looking to appoint an experienced part time Demi/Commis Chef to join our busy kitchen brigade.
Reporting to the Sous Chef, you will be responsible for the preparation and cooking of menu items within a busy A La Carte Environment.
Maintaining a hygienic and clean work environment.
A passion for the hospitality industry and food
Completed a Certificate III Commercial Cookery or equivalent
Previous experience as a Commis or Demi Chef within an A La Carte hotel restaurant environment
A positive, team orientated approach with a passion for Creating Memorable Hotel Experiences
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and an eye for detail
