- Manage company brand and reputation.
- Create and launch press releases and marketing campaigns.
- Develop branding initiatives, internal communications and external media relations.
- Manage media relations and maximize media opportunities.
- Create rich and creative content that is optimized for search engines.
- Degree or Diploma in Communications/Business/Hospitality or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in the similar capacity in a 5 star international brand hotel.
- Skilled in the use of MS Words, Excel and Power Point.
- Strong command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong business working relationship and networks with various segments & travel agencies.
- High customer service focus, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independantly, a self-starter and a strong team-player.
