We are currently seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our enthusiastic and growing team in the Front Office department.
• Creating an efficient and friendly check-in/check-out experience.
• Creating a memorable impression as the first point of contact for all guests needs.
• Promoting hotel facilities as well as associated loyalty programs.
• Maintaining detailed guest reservations.
• At least 1 years experience in a similar role.
• Opera experience.
• Preferably Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent.
• A passion for the hospitality industry.
• Good attention to detail.
• A Guest service focus and enjoys working in a team environment.
• Immaculate grooming and personal presentation.
