- Responsible to ensure the efficient arrival and departure of all guests. to assign rooms according to guest preferences and ensuring consistency in delivery of service excellence by Creating Memorable Experience.
- Continuously strive to meet Front Office objectives, up-selling, express check-out, guest history preferences, GHA enrolment, etc.
- Follow-up guest commnets to establish solutions appropriate to challenges highlighted and take ownership of their work.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position or fresh graduate from a hospitality college.
- Pleasant, courteous, helpful, professional and a team-player.
- Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersoal skills.
- Knowledgable in PMS and to use Microsoft Words, Excel and Outlook.
- Able to converse and write in English & Bahasa Malaysia, additional language is an advantage.
