A candidate in this position will provide administrative support to the Housekeeping Department to ensure the day to day successful day to day administrative works runs smoothly. To ensure all Housekeeping supplies are as per the desired par.
- Good knowledge of the Hotel’s products and services so as to be able to serve guests to their satisfaction
- Good knowledge in the usage of all office equipment, computer and manual systems.
- Receive and convey messages between guests, room attendants, Supervisors, Engineering technicians accurately to ensure smooth operation.
- Responsible in ensuring lost and found items are tagged and stored systematically.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong team player.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial type of person with ability to motivate others to learn and willingness to nurture until learning is successful.
- Flexible and natural thinker who can adapt with a variety of situations with a variety of people and personalities.
