Key Responsibilities:
- Handles procurement of the department and division
- Assists with site inspections
- In-charged of requisition of office supplies
- Manages the diary and appointments of the Executive Assistant Manager-Rooms
- Handle and manage projects related to the department
- Manage project deadlines of sections under the department
Talent Profile:
- Min GCE “O” levels qualification
- Candidates with prior front office experience will be preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office functions
- Pleasant and positive personality
