- Assist the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in co-ordinating all aspects of the operation
- Ensure the services of the Food Preparation department are delivered
- Assume responsibility for the day-to-day supervision and management of associates in Food Preparation
- A current Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef of a large hotel with experience in high volume signature profile restaurant
- Interest in of hotel operations, with a strong focus in revenue generation
- Experienced in managing diverse relationships, i.e. Multi-Cultural / Racial teams as well as local communities. High energy personality – engaging.
- Experience in large business hotel environments.
- Experience in Asian market – preferably in an Singapore
