ABOUT PARKROYAL ON PICKERING

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in co-ordinating all aspects of the operation
  • Ensure the services of the Food Preparation department are delivered
  • Assume responsibility for the day-to-day supervision and management of associates in Food Preparation

TALENT PROFILE:

  • A current Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef of a large hotel with experience in high volume signature profile restaurant
  • Interest in of hotel operations, with a strong focus in revenue generation
  • Experienced in managing diverse relationships, i.e.  Multi-Cultural / Racial teams as well as local communities.  High energy personality – engaging.
  • Experience in large business hotel environments.
  • Experience in Asian market – preferably in an Singapore
