Helming our Peranakan live kitchen is resident Nonya chef, Nancy Teo, who will be showcasing her traditional, much-loved recipes such as Ayam Buah Keluak, Babi Pong Teh and Bakwan Kepiting Soup. Local diners and overseas guests hoping to savour a taste of Peranakan cuisine can either opt for The Nonya Set or indulge in Lime's daily buffet spread. 

The Nonya Set
A specially-portioned three-course set menu featuring signature Peranakan dishes such as Kueh Pie Tee, Ayam Buah Keluak and Durian Pengat - The Nonya Set is ideal for business luncheons or if you are hosting overseas guests who are sampling the culturally-rich Straits Chinese cuisine for the first time.

To take the Peranakan experience to the next level, we are also offering a complimentary entry pass (for two guests) to the Singapore Peranakan Museum with each set ordered.

Lunch and Dinner Buffet:
The buffet line offers diners a diverse selection of Peranakan dishes that are perfectly complemented by Lime’s signature spread of International and South-East Asian specialties. Look forward to tasting Peranakan classics such as Babi Pong Teh, Nonya Laksa as well as our latest Peranakan additions like Satay Babi Goreng, Sambal Udang Petai and Nonya Beef Curry.
