1. It’s the weekend, so take your time! 
Lime's Super Lunch Sunday is a 4-hour gourmet adventure that runs from 12:30pm till 4:30pm. Spend your lazy Sunday afternoons the way it should be; at your own leisurely pace, indulging in good food and enjoying hearty conversations with your loved ones.  

2. Bring an appetite and get your fill of succulent seafood, delicious meats and other indulgent treats.
Feast on jewels of the ocean at our seafood bar featuring an assortment of fine de claire oysters, snow crab, tiger prawns, mussels, scallops, sushi and sashimi.

If you fancy a more meat-centric repertoire, make a trip to the Grand Carvery station for some US Prime Sirloin, Australian Lamb Rack, Salt-crusted Roasted Salmon or Crispy Pork Belly. There's also the Foie Gras live station where our chefs will be firing up Cognac flambéed Foie Gras with Fruit Chutney.

For those who missed breakfast, be sure to try the Truffle Scrambled Eggs featuring a duo of Caviar and Crab served Vol-au-vent.

3. It's full of surprises   
Keep a lookout for a wagon serving Red Sangria that will be making its round during the 4-hour lunch. The culinary brigade will also be on hand to interact with diners and whip up a surprise dish or two for sampling.

Once you’re done with the International specialties, venture to the Asian Kitchen for some traditional Laksa, Roasted Peking Duck, Claypot Rice, Chicken Satay and more! As you enter Lime, it’s hard not to notice the Matcha Chocolate Fondue Fountain, Yuzu Meringue Tart, exotic Nonya Kueh, Red Velvet Nitrogen Ice Cream and traditional Muah Chee (Glutinous Rice) Station. It’s a sweet reminder to save some space for desserts. Trust us; you wouldn’t mind the extra calories.
