At PARKROYAL Sydney and Parramatta starting the day with a healthy and hearty breakfast will begin with a selection of freshly baked artesian breads from The Bread & Butter Project, created by Sydney’s famous  Bourke  St Bakery, a social enterprise where 100% of their profits are reinvested into baker training and employment pathways for communities in need. Guest choices will also include wholesome gourmet mueslis from Whisk & Pin complemented by freshly squeezed seasonal juices. Additionally, the two properties will be offering succulent Blue Mountains Wagyu and Hawkesbury River mullet on their menus.

PARKROYAL Melbourne Airport’s Airo restaurant also has a range of mouth-watering dishes with produce sourced from regional farmers including Gippsland-raised organic and free-range chicken and Grassvale Farm’s succulent Murray Grey Grass fed ‘Wuk Wuk’ beef. Garden-fresh salads also feature on the menu with award-winning Donnybrook-based Burrata cheese from Milawa Cheese Company which has been named Champion Fresh Unripened Cheese for the second consecutive year at the Dairy Australia’s 2013 Australian Grand Dairy Awards (AGDA).
