Plaza Brasserie presents ‘All-Star’ edition of the Ultimate Crab Feast

Singapore, 8 June 2015 – Plaza Brasserie’s signature annual crab buffet is back by popular demand from 8 June to 23 August 2015 to delight diners with an ‘All-Star’ edition featuring eight of its most popular crab dishes. 

Freshly prepared with well-loved local ingredients, these dishes include Chilli Crab, Cereal Crab, Salted Egg Crab, Black Pepper Crab, White Pepper Crab, Curry Crab and Steamed Crab with Dang Gui. 

Since its debut in 2012, The Ultimate Crab Feast has been Plaza Brasserie’s most anticipated food event. A pioneer in crab buffets, Plaza Brasserie constantly experiments with new sauces to create exciting ways to enjoy the dish. This year, guests will be able to enjoy the chef’s newest creation, Crab with Honey Rock Sugar, which enhances the natural sweetness of the crab.

The Ultimate Crab Feast is complemented by a delicious Best of Asia spread of Singaporean favourites and Asian cuisine from the region’s gourmet capitals. Highlights include Singapore Laksa, Prawn Mee Soup, Lotus Root & Pork Belly Soup and Salted Vegetable with Duck.
