LIME Goes “Loco” Over Lobsters in Celebration of SG50

To commemorate Singapore’s 50th birthday, Lime at PARKROYAL on Pickering will be offering diners a fortnight to go “loco” over lobsters with a local Lobsterfest, starring one of the most exquisite crustaceans of all times -Maine Lobsters. From 1st to 17th June and every Wednesday thereafter, the culinary team led by Executive Chef Vijay will be presenting a selection of Maine Lobster dishes influenced by Asian and Western flavours, reflecting the cosmopolitan Singapore of today.

Watch in awe as Lime’s gastronomic brigade whip up all-time favourites such as Maine Lobster au Gratin with Tarragon Hollandaise sauce, Maine Lobster Bisque with Cognac and Grilled Maine Lobster with Garlic and Thyme from the open kitchens. For a more distinct local flavour, there are mouth-watering creations such as the Wok-fried Black Pepper Lobster with Curry Leaves, Spicy “Singapore-style” Chilli Lobster and fragrant Maine Lobster prepared in Kam Heong style – dishes that will definitely evoke a familiar sense of nostalgia for Singaporeans of all ages.  

Diners will be able to quench their thirst as they claw their way through the delicious buffet, with unlimited servings of local drinks such as ‘Bandung’ (Rose Syrup with Condensed Milk), 'Cincau' (Grass Jelly), 'Ma Ti Shui' (Water Chestnut), 'Tau Huay Shui' (Soya Milk), Lemongrass Tea, chilled juices, soft drinks, specialty coffee and tea, as well as free-flow of Tiger beer.

Lime’s local Lobsterfest is priced at SGD 98++ per person during dinner and will run daily from 1st to 17th June 2015 and every Wednesday thereafter.
