Be Spooked by PARKROYAL on Pickering's Sub-LIME Halloween

PARKROYAL on Pickering will provide its guests with plenty to sink their fangs into this Halloween with a frighteningly delightful concept to celebrate the scariest night of the year. Complete with an eerie décor that will send shivers down your spine, the eco-chic hotel’s signature LIME restaurant is offering a Halloween-themed gourmet feast on 28 & 29 October with spooky concoctions so you have plenty of energy (and courage) for trick-or-treating all night long.

You will be able to conquer your deepest fears as ghosts, goblins and everything else that make you crawl under the duvet on Halloween night are available in the form of palate pleasing, albeit creepy looking, edibles. These include worms, blood-filled test tubes and broken limbs, which are made of Foie Gras Torchon with Fruit Chutney, Tomato Gazpacho and Beef Tartar respectively. Freddy Nightmare Pasta, Squid Ink Pasta with Black Caviar, Truffle Mummies Pizza, Beef Parmentier adorned with R.I.P Tag, Pork Intestines, Sze Chuan Style and Pumpkin Buns, are also part of the scary-licious feast.

Look out for crustacean delights served on a ghost ship highlighted by Maine Lobsters and Alaskan Crabs, and other seafood favourites such as Fine De ClaireCanadian Oysters and Hamachi at the "Ice-Cold Crus-tation".

Get yourself into candy mode with Dirt Mud Worms (Chocolate Soil with Guimauve), Blood Overflow Victorian (Strawberry Victorian Cake) and Witches’ Brew (Eton Mess), just to name a few. For the two nights, LIME’s signature Matcha Fondue will morph into a Bloody Waterfall flowing with Strawberry-flavoured Chocolate, and Framboise Nitrogen Ice Cream with Crushed Macarons will be concocted on-the-spot.

Lime’s private dining room will be transformed into a dark spooky room for additional bone-shaking gourmet thrills for those who dare to venture in. If you are so bold as to approach the ghastly LIME’s service associates in their costumes, they will be able to point you in the right direction to the room. They can also bring you Purge’s Manicure, which is a mix of Rum, Pimm’s and Prosecco compress mixed with Berries

Come dressed to impress in your most ghoulish Halloween costume and we will reward the three best-dressed squads (in a group of four or more) with a bottle of champagne each!
