We are currently looking to recruit a casual and part time flex Guest Service Agent to join our growing Front Office and Housekeeping team.
Ideally you will have:
- A passion for the hospitality industry
- An eye for detail
- Customer services focus and enjoy working in a team environment. The successful candidate will be able to work on a rotating roster including daytime, evening and overnight shifts over a 7 day period.
You will be responsible for:
- Creating an efficient and friendly check-in checkout experience
- Be a point of contact for all guests needs
- Promote hotel facilities as well as associated loyalty programs.
- Maintaining detailed guest reservations.
